Shelly Wilson is go getter. She worked hard for us, managed somehow with her busy schedule to give us top priority treatment. She didn’t just submit our offer she talked with the seller’s realtor and described all the reasons why ours was the best offer. She stayed on top of and kept us informed of every step and action required. Then, we turned around and worked just as hard or harder to sell our house for top dollar. She suggested staging ideas and help me with them. She worked with lots of data and other specialists to go after an assertive selling price that was then accepted without question from the appraiser. She is absolutely terrific. Nothing negative in either buying or selling.
